We deliver all over Bangladesh. Here is everything you need to know about delivery charges, delivery times, payment and replacements.

Delivery
- Ready stock products are delivered within 2 to 3 days after your order is confirmed.
- Pre-order products are imported specially for you and take 15 to 20 days to arrive.
- Delivery charge is 70৳ inside Dhaka and 130৳ outside Dhaka.
- Delivery times can change because of the courier, weather or holidays.
- Please give your full address and an active phone number so the courier can reach you.
Payment
- Pay a bKash or Nagad advance and the rest as cash on delivery.
- For pre-order products too, you only pay the delivery charge in advance (or the full amount if you like).
- The advance confirms your order before we import the product for you.
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Replacement
- We replace products that arrive wrong, defective or damaged in delivery.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Send your order details with a photo or video of the problem.
- Keep the product unused and in its original packaging.
- Change of mind and damage caused after delivery are not covered.
Changes & cancellation
- You can ask to change the model or colour after ordering, subject to availability and our confirmation.
- Confirmed orders are non-refundable, so please check your model and colour before ordering.
- To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change an order once it has been dispatched.
